01 — How it works

Registering, step by step

The simplest route is to register with us — we take care of the administration.

1

Message us with the basics

Send your child’s grade, age and city. We’ll confirm eligibility and recommend the best test format and date.

2

We complete the registration

As an authorized test centre under both ASDAN and the China Organizing Committee, we register your child and assign a venue — on-campus or online.

3

Collect the admission ticket

About a week before the exam, we make sure you have the admission ticket and clear instructions for the day.

4

Sit the paper & get results

Take the 25-question, 40-minute paper in the January window. Scores follow in roughly four weeks, certificates in six to eight.

Prefer to register elsewhere? You can also register through ASDAN, the China Organizing Committee, or your school if it is a test venue. The China region page explains all the routes.

05 — FAQ

Registration questions

How do I register my child with you?

Message us with your child’s grade, age and city. We confirm eligibility, recommend a format and date, and complete the registration as an authorized test centre.

Is my child eligible?

If they are in grade 8 or below and under 15.5 years old on the day of the contest, yes — unless they are enrolled in a school in the United States or Canada, who must enter through their own region.

When does registration close?

Registration closes in mid-January, about ten days before the late-January exam. The exact 2027 dates are confirmed in the autumn; message us and we’ll let you know as soon as they’re set.

Can my child take it online?

Yes. There is both an on-campus (offline) sitting and a home-based (online) sitting; we’ll help you choose when you register.

What happens after the exam?

Scores are released in about four weeks, and digital certificates and award rolls follow in six to eight. We’ll point you to your results when they’re available.
