Who we are. This site is operated by an authorized AMC 8 test centre in China. The AMC 8 is a programme of the Mathematical Association of America (MAA); in mainland China the contest is administered by ASDAN and the China Organizing Committee. This site provides information, registration and preparation support — it is not operated by the MAA.

Information we collect. When you contact us — for example through WhatsApp, WeChat or our contact channels — we receive the information you choose to share, such as a student’s name, grade, city and the questions you ask. We do not require you to create an account to read this site.

How we use it. We use the information you provide solely to respond to you, to complete an AMC 8 registration you have asked us to handle, to recommend preparation, and to send you relevant reminders (such as a registration deadline). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics. This site may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how pages are used and to improve them. These do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Third parties. To register a student for the AMC 8 we may pass the details you provide to the relevant contest administrator (ASDAN or the China Organizing Committee) for the sole purpose of completing that registration. We share only what is necessary.

Data retention. We keep the information you share for as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and to meet any record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your choices. You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, reach us through our contact page.
